How do Business plans work?
Avocado Business plans make your remote meeting spaces as easy to use as a physical space.
Personal rooms and team rooms
Personal rooms: Every user you add to your team receives a personal room - their own meeting space that's always available to them. Both team and personal rooms hold up to 50 participants.
Team rooms: Shared meeting spaces. Have weekly or daily stand-ups, group projects, or connect with clients. Everyone has access and can manage the room through their own account.
XL team rooms with capacity for up to 50 participants. 12 participants can be on stage with video at the same time, the rest will be audio-only.
Room total = personal rooms + team rooms (including XL rooms).
Complete flexibility
Smaller teams need fewer rooms - larger teams need more rooms. Our business plan is set up to be flexible for all team sizes.
Buy rooms in blocks of 10. One room slot can be used either for a team room or for a personal room for a new user.
Admins can add or remove rooms as the team increases or decreases in size.

What’s a participant and what’s a room?
A room is a designated meeting space that you can access from any browser. A participant indicates one “person” in the room. For example, the Pro plan has 3 customizable rooms and holds up to 12 participants in a room.
Can I have multiple users & admins?
Only the Business plans offer multiple user support. Every employee you add to your Business plan can be set to a user, or an admin. Every user can create their Personal room, but only admins can add/delete and manage Team rooms.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro plans?
The Pro plan allows up to 12 participants in a room, whereas Free plan allows 4. The Pro plan also has presenter view screen sharing, meaning there is an extra stream for shared screen whereas Free plan replaces the presenter’s video.
Can I record conversations on Avocado?
Yes! All Business plans include the recording feature. You can also enjoy unlimited recording with a Pro plan subscription for an additional $5 a month.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
You sure can! Both the Business and Pro plans can be paid monthly or annually. By subscribing to annual plans, you don’t have to worry about monthly payments, and you save some cash while you’re at it.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription to Avocado at any time. You will continue to receive the features for the services you’ve paid for until the end of that billing cycle.
